Classic For Moms Diaper Bag Tutorial

  1. The changing flap seems a little small for changing an infant. Do you have any suggestions how this can be made longer?

  2. Try this....
    Cut one each of batting, fabric and PUL (a water resistant fabric) about 13" wide by 26" long. Layer the fabrics together (batting between fabrics). Sew around all sides leaving an opening for turning. Turn right sides out. Sew opening closed.
    Sew a long piece of hook and loop tape on the inside of the fold out flap(close to the edge that folds out) and on the fabric side of the rectangle you just made. The fabric rectangle is detachable and washable, and will fold up and store inside the flap.
